Rekindling Perspectives
"The Perspective of Rekindling consists of four 'lenses' with which we look at the world and life:
Before we go any further, let us describe four key perspectives that we use for this site and in our ministry. Allow us to define these because you must understand them, even if you do not agree with them, to fully comprehend our vision. Throughout this site, if you come across a section that is difficult to understand or seems to you to contain unlikely conclusions, come back here, and put on these perspective lenses, and see if the troubling section becomes clearer. We are not asking you to forsake your perspective thinking that ours is better. We are just asking you to step outside your normal comfort zone and look at the concept or idea from the same vantage point that we do, with the same 'lenses' that we are using. If you still do not see the same conclusion, or do but still disagree with it, that is OK. We just want you to truly understand and be impacted by the story we are painting, and to do that, we want everyone to be on the same page, using the same definitions, and looking at life with the same lenses. Listen to and feel what resonates within you as you read through this, and pursue that resonation.
So let us encourage you to use the following lenses as you research this site. You may not need them, or you may just find to your surprise that they allow you to see more, to see details, in the truths and discoveries that we are about to show you. It is like looking at a three-dimensional picture without those red-and-blue paper glasses. The 'item' is in the mix of the picture, but you cannot see it until you put on the 3D glasses, which sorts out the colors for you and the item to be seen jumps to life. As some have pointed out, it just might be possible that you refused to look at life with any other lenses, because you never knew there was anything else to see..."
